I preordered a box from Warhammer and, to be fair, it arrived in one piece with nothing damaged or missing. But the dispatch took way longer than it should have, and the updates were useless. I had to keep checking the order page myself just to figure out what was going on, which is ridiculous for a preorder. Warhammer really dropped the ball on the communication here. Not the worst experience ever, but for something I ordered ahead of time, I expected them to have it handled way better.

I was in a bit of a rush and expected to be waiting around for a while, but they jumped in and helped me almost right away. It was such a relief to get things sorted so fast without any hassle. Really appreciated how quick and easy the whole experience was...

They’ve got a decent range of Warhammer stuff, and I can usually find the newer releases without too much trouble. But for some reason, the older kits or specific bits I’m after are often missing or out of stock?? It’s not a bad shop overall, I just wish the selection was a little more consistent.

I was browsing Warhammer.com the other night while half-watching a show and trying to find a couple of specific items, and it mostly worked fine, but it definitely felt slow here and there. The mobile menus were kind of messy too, which made it more annoying than it needed to be. Once I finally got to checkout, that part was okay and didn’t give me any real trouble. Overall, it’s not a terrible site, just one of those experiences where you feel like it could be a lot smoother and easier to get around.

I was just trying to find some basic stuff on Warhammer, it was weirdly difficult. Like, the search kept showing random results or just not finding things I knew were definitely on the site. The filters didn’t really make it any easier either. Navigation was kind of annoying too. I kept ending up on the wrong page or having to click through way too many menus just to get anywhere. For such a big store, it feels messy and slow. In the end, I just gave up and bought what I needed somewhere else...

Had an issue with my order, so I reached out to Warhammer support thinking it would be straightforward. They did reply, which was nice, I guess, but it felt like they skimmed my message at best. After a few back-and-forth emails, nothing actually got fixed and I was basically told the same thing again like that somehow answered my question. Frustrating when you spend that much money and still can’t get a proper resolution, but sure, great customer service.

I’d love to say this place has everything I want, they do have good taste in what they carry. The problem is that the things I’m looking for are somehow always sold out. So I guess it’s a compliment that their products are popular, but it’s frustrating when I can never actually buy them.

I stopped by looking for the new releases, and I’m sure they had just put them out, or maybe they’d been there since earlier, I’m not totally sure. Either way, the new stuff was in stock when I checked, so that was a nice surprise.

Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel reassuring while I was trying to pay. It did go through eventually, but for a big site, the whole process was annoying.

I ordered a few kits from warhammer and was let down when the package arrived. One of the boxes was completely wrong, and some of the paints I paid for were missing too. I reached out to support, but it took ages to hear back, and the issue still hasn’t been sorted. For the price of these kits, I really expected the order to be packed properly. just a disappointing and frustrating experience.

This was easy to build, and it looks great once it’s set up. As long as you use a bit of common sense and follow the parts as you go, there’s really nothing complicated about it...

The discounts definitely helped and made me feel better about buying, especially because I hate feeling like I missed out on a better deal. I just wish the promos came around a bit more often, because when they don’t, I sometimes hold off instead of paying full price

I do like the models and the site was easy enough to get around. Shipping was fine too no real problems there. The main thing for me is the price. Some kits feel worth it but a few seemed a bit steep for what actually comes in the box. If you are buying more than one thing it adds up fast. Good stuff overall just wish the value was a little better.

I’ve met so many helpful people through this hobby!! Everyone’s been super friendly, and it’s always a good time jumping in, asking questions, sharing stuff, and just being part of it!!!

Ordered from Warhammer what a circus. The tracking barely moved, the parcel showed up way later than promised, and support just hit me with the same useless “wait a bit longer” nonsense. Absolute jokers. It’s not even the first time this has happened, which makes it even more annoying. I really like the products, but ordering direct feels like rolling the dice at this point. I’ll probably just go to a local shop next time and avoid the headache.
